Would you like to contribute to energy efficiency in Canada? Become a CEEA Regular or Associate member and enjoy the benefits of membership below.

Membership Benefit Highlights and Fees

*Please refer to the Membership Benefits Package for full benefit details. Levels are defined by the priority given to each category, where Level 1 is highest, Level 4 is lowest.

Regular Members

Regular Members of the CEEA are businesses that provide energy efficiency products or services to consumers in Canada.  These include utilities, energy service companies, engineering and architecture firms, contractors, implementation and evaluation consultants, academia, manufacturers, and distributors of energy efficiency products and equipment. There are four levels of regular membership; Strategic Partner, Corporate Leader, Corporate Member (Levels 1 and 2), Academia and Public Institutions. For full regular membership benefit details, download our Membership Benefits Package.

Associate Members

Associate Members are companies or organizations that have an interest in Canada's energy efficiency industry but do not directly provide energy efficiency products or services. Associate Members can be financial institutions, legal service providers, non-profit groups, educational institutions, and local governments, among others. Associate Membership is open to individuals; however, members are not eligible to serve on the Alliance’s Board of Directors or to vote on Committee matters, including policy positions. This membership is not an option for businesses that are eligible for Regular Membership. Associate Membership is broken down into two levels; Energy Efficiency Supporters and Non-Profit or Allied Groups. For full associate membership benefit details, download our Membership Benefits Package.
